About the Event
Bridge to Connect is partnering with SWE to recruit coaches for their engineering competition program. Team coaches help create an environment necessary to foster teamwork, communication, and team identity. Each team of seven multidisciplinary students from mixed universities will be guided by a Senior and a Junior Coach to provide a solution to one of the provided five environmentally sustainable challenges.
The Coaches onboarding workshop will be on April 17 at 5:00 - 8:00 pm (virtual and in-person) where we provide training to the coaches to identify and respond to students' development.
